Welcome to Allow Me Events! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Allow Me Events ("we," "us," or "our") for event management. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Allow Me Events provides comprehensive event management services, which may include, but are not limited to, event planning, coordination, and execution. Specific services will be outlined in the service agreement provided upon booking, which may include additional or bespoke services tailored to your event needs.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- Booking: To secure our services, a booking request must be submitted via our website or directly to our team. A booking is not confirmed until a service agreement is signed.
- Confirmation: Upon receipt of your booking request, we will send a written confirmation along with a service agreement outlining the scope of work, timelines, and payment terms. This agreement must be signed to finalize the booking.
3. Payment Terms
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee is required upon booking to secure the date and services.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. Failure to pay the final amount by the due date may result in the cancellation of services, and any payments made may be forfeited.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel your event, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- More than 31 days before the event: Non refundable deposits to supplies and Allow Me Events will not be refunded
- 30 days or fewer before the event: 100% of the Charges shall be paid by you and no refund shall be made.
- Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel services for reasons beyond our control (e.g., force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations). In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
5. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide all necessary information and access to locations as needed for event planning and execution. This includes any required documentation, permissions, or permits.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided, and for obtaining any necessary licenses, approvals, or permits required for the event.
- You must ensure that the event location(s) are suitable and safe for the event and that all relevant safety protocols are in place.
6. Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allow Me Events will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury.
- Our liability will be limited to the total amount paid for the specific event services provided by us.
7. Insurance
- We maintain appropriate liability insurance coverage to protect against general risks associated with event management. However, we recommend that clients obtain event-specific insurance, particularly for high-value or complex events, to ensure full protection against unforeseen circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property
- All materials created by Allow Me Events for the event, including but not limited to designs, concepts, plans, promotional materials, and custom content, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for purposes other than the specific event without our written consent.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
- Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
10. Amendments
- We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Continued use of our services after any changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Force Majeure
- Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
