Chris Southwell
Chris Southwell, is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in event management and lifestyle services. Before establishing Allow Me Events, Chris successfully ran a UK-based winter sports events company while pursuing a career as a professional snowboarder. His achievements include setting up the only dry ski slope at the O2 Arena, producing the renowned Park 9 events in Verbier, and founding the British Freeriding Championships.
After retiring from snowboarding, Chris transitioned into a new role as house manager for the British Royal Family in Switzerland, where he refined his expertise in problem-solving, organization, and multitasking. It was in Switzerland that Chris married his wife, Kate, and together they have two children, Harry and Magnus. Throughout his journey, Chris has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, overcoming personal challenges as a type 1 diabetic. In fact, he organized the largest group of diabetics ever to summit Kilimanjaro, earning recognition from the International Diabetes Federation as a world diabetic hero.
Emma Noy
Emma Noy, co-founder of Allow Me Events, grew up on a working arable farm in the Cotswolds and developed a strong connection to equestrian events. After studying at university, Emma began her career at the BBC in Bristol as a Personal Assistant to the Head of the Natural History Unit. It was here that she first developed her event planning and organizational skills. Over the years, Emma has organized a wide range of corporate events, including international conferences, product launches, and investor tours across the globe. She also has extensive experience working in the third sector, mastering the art of budgeting.
In 2016, Emma married her husband, Jason, on the family farm in Wiltshire. She orchestrated the entire celebration, selecting the finest local suppliers while staying within a strict budget. Since the birth of their daughters, Hattie and Florrie, Emma has continued to organize charity events and high-net-worth parties, always maintaining confidentiality and fulfilling unique requests.
